Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to join its People Services function in Dublin. The role sits at the crossroads of People Operations, Service Delivery and Program Management, focusing on operational excellence and employee experience across EMEA.

You will lead and optimize service delivery, drive process improvements, partner with HR, Payroll, Legal and Technology, and guide cross-functional programs that raise quality and efficiency while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, People Services, Employee Services or Shared Services.
• Strong program or project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements and operational transformation.
• Experience in a global or multinational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize People Services and employee service delivery operations.
• Drive process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve complex issues and improve ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional programs that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Analyze operational metrics and service performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Manage escalations and ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Support the rollout of new programs, processes, and tools across the organization.
