Job summary

Datadog seeks a People Business Partner to partner with leadership and the People team, shaping global HR programs and employee experience. The role drives data-based decisions, policy design, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HRBP or related HR roles within fast-growing tech, strong analytics, and proficiency with HRIS tools such as Workday. Excellent stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRBP or related HR role, preferably in fast-growing tech
• Ability to adapt from strategic program design to day-to-day needs
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS familiarity such as Workday is a bonus
• Experience across functions with frontline and senior leadership
• Excellent project management and process design capabilities
• Knowledge of global employment practices
• Clear, direct communication with a customer-service orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building across org levels

Responsibilities

• Represent global PBP team to partner with employees and leadership
• Advise and influence management on performance, coaching, career paths, employee relations, compensation, org development
• Collaborate with COE to design programs improving employee experience
• Develop policies, guidelines, and programs with COE
• Provide data-driven analysis for leadership on people decisions
• Assess development needs and implement solutions aligned with strategy
• Handle complex global employee relations issues with leadership guidance
