WaterWipes is seeking a Global People Administrator to support accurate People processes across the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, payroll inputs, data integrity in HRIS and SAP, and provide employee support in a fast-moving, globally connected environment.
The role requires practical HR experience and a relevant HR qualification, with a hybrid work model (approx. three days on-site) at our Drogheda headquarters.
Good People operations depend on getting the detail right.
We are looking for a Global People Administrator to support the accurate and reliable delivery of People processes across WaterWipes. You will help manage key activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding through to payroll inputs, employee data, reporting, benefits and offboarding.
This is an opportunity for someone with practical HR experience and a relevant HR qualification to continue building their career in a global People function. You will take ownership of established processes, support employees and managers, and make sure important actions are completed accurately and on time.
The role is varied, fast-moving and highly connected across the business. It requires someone who understands HR administration, handles confidential information with care and follows through on commitments.
This role is for someone who already has practical experience working in HR administration or People operations and now wants to build broader experience within a global organisation.
To be considered, you must have:
Both previous HR experience and a relevant HR qualification are essential requirements for this position.
Experience in any of the following would add value:
You understand that accurate HR administration has a direct impact on employees, managers and the wider business.
You take ownership of your work and follow actions through to completion. You plan ahead for recurring deadlines, raise dependencies early and do not leave others unclear about what happens next.
You are comfortable working with detailed employee data and confidential information. You check your work carefully, use approved processes and recognise when something does not look right.
You communicate clearly and respectfully. You can explain an established process to an employee or manager while understanding when a matter falls outside your authority.
You are also willing to challenge inefficient ways of working. You look for practical improvements without losing the controls, approvals and accuracy required within a People function.
This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle within a global People function.
You will work closely with colleagues across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Operations, EHS and IT. You will gain practical experience across employee data, payroll, benefits, reporting, compliance and employee support.
As your capability develops, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of established People processes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working.
The role reports to the Head of Global People Operations.
