Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Global Payroll Senior Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for the AMR region (US, Canada, LATAM) from Cork, Ireland. You will collaborate with payroll partners to validate inputs and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery, with a focus on improving processes and implementing automation.

You will work with HR, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions and driving payroll transformations using modern tools and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior payroll analyst role focusing on AMR payroll (US required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or an equivalent payroll certification
• Solid understanding of US/Canadian payroll taxes, statutory deductions, and labour regulations
• Hands-on experience processing payroll and running reports in Workday and/or Dayforce (Ceridian)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience supporting month-end close procedures and journal entries

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll for the AMR region (USA, Canada, LATAM).
• Collaborate with payroll partners to collect and validate inputs (salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions).
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll reconciliations to eliminate anomalies before finalization.
• Maintain payroll compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations across AMR jurisdictions.
• Assist in internal and external audits and support GL bookings and flux analyses.
