McKesson in Ireland seeks a Global Payroll Specialist to execute end-to-end payroll across multiple international entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience.

You will resolve complex payroll issues, manage queries, and collaborate with Workday, ADP Celergo, and IT to maintain data integrity while driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to local statutory requirements.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience in multi-country payroll environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP Celergo and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries using ADP Celergo.
• Review inputs and perform payroll audits (gross-to-net, variances, retroactivity).
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and special payments per SLAs and controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues and employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Support audits and maintain documentation for internal/external reviews.
• Validate payroll data flows between systems and coordinate with IT to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely payroll delivery.
• Support payroll system updates and new country implementations.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce manual effort.
