Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Payroll Manager (International) to lead payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions outside North America. You will develop a team of Payroll Specialists, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll services while driving governance and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Business Services Director and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and expertise in payroll processes and controls across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll management experience in a multi-jurisdictional, process-driven environment.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Payroll Specialists with KPIs and development goals.
• Oversee accurate, compliant multi-jurisdiction payroll delivery across Glanbia.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations, data collection, validation, calculations and sign-off.
• Collaborate with Finance for payroll journals, GL reconciliations and month-end tasks.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax reporting and year-end processes.
• Lead payroll-related audits, drive system improvements and governance.
• Deliver payroll service targets and proactively address issues with stakeholders.
• Drive payroll projects, system enhancements and change management initiatives.
