Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, compliant and timely payroll across multiple jurisdictions outside North America. You will oversee a team, drive governance and process improvements, and partner with HR, Finance and external providers.

Based in Ireland with a hybrid working arrangement, you will shape payroll controls, support audits and ensure regulatory requirements are met while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll management experience in multi-jurisdiction environments.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, controls and governance.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, Tax, IT and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Payroll Specialists to deliver KPIs and service standards.
• Oversee accurate, compliant payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions outside North America.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations: data collection, validation, calculations, approvals, reconciliations and sign-off.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll journals and month-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax reporting, and year-end processes across scope.
• Lead payroll-related projects, audits and system optimisations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and governance.
• Act as escalation point for complex payroll queries.
