Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Global Payroll Implementation Country Lead based in Ireland to steer international payroll projects from discovery to live payroll. The role blends local payroll expertise with strong project leadership in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

You will own implementation plans, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and mentor Payroll Generalists while driving standardisation and continuous improvement across multi-country

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience in client or managed payroll settings.
• Expert knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and local requirements.
• Proven track record leading or delivering payroll implementations.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, reconciliations, and controls.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed, international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in remote work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as payroll SME for the Netherlands during implementations.
• Lead global payroll projects from inception to live payroll.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans with milestones and priorities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on payroll requirements and decisions.
• Establish standardised payroll processes, documents and procedures.
• Maintain records of decisions and requirements for Payroll Operations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to identify risks and improvements.
• Support during and after go-live, resolving issues with relevant teams.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and collaborate with operations teams.
• Work with product/tech teams on platform improvements and testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and delivery speed.
