Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking an experienced Payroll, Compensation & Benefits professional to join its global HR Operations team on a 12-month contract. The role covers end-to-end payroll, pensions, benefits and compensation, with ownership of complex processes and collaboration with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Tax.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years’ experience managing complex payroll and C&B processes.
• Experience with expatriate and pension payrolls.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial and HR systems.
• Experience with pensions and share purchase schemes.
• Lean/process improvement experience would be advantageous.
• IPASS qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly, monthly, pensioner and expatriate payrolls.
• Oversee pension administration and retirement planning.
• Oversee share purchase schemes, RSUs and stock options.
• Calculate and process year-end bonuses and severance payments.
• Manage payroll payments, journals, reconciliations and reporting.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll and benefits queries.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, HR Business Partners and external providers.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Complete statutory reporting (Revenue and CSO).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports, metrics and dashboards for HR and Finance.
