A day in the life

Every day is a little different as an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern. This internship will immerse you in HR within a global organisation, with the opportunity to work on projects across different HR areas — from employee relations and training to compensation and workforce analytics. You might spend your morning analysing workforce data to identify trends and build recommendations for your team, then spend your afternoon supporting an employee relations case or collaborating with operations leaders on a training initiative.

Amazon's HR function is deeply embedded in the business, so no matter which project you are working on, part of your role will involve using data and analytical thinking to drive decisions. You'll apply your problem‑solving and technical skills to real challenges, while developing important communication and professional soft skills through hands‑on experience. With a dedicated mentor guiding your development throughout the programme, you'll gain insights into how HR partners with the business to drive growth and organisational excellence — providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources.

Note: You must have the right to work in the country of employment by the start date.
