Job summary

Amazon Ireland is offering a field-based internship across multiple locations. You will be embedded in our Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs and Delivery Stations, learning how managers engage teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year and pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Fluent English and local language at CEFR C1.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams.
