Based in Dublin with hybrid work, you will lead architectural decisions, promote reusable patterns, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across markets while aligning with regulatory requirements and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving enterprise-scale architecture and platform strategy.
• Strong computer science foundation with distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on software engineering with prototype and validation skills.
• Experience leveraging generative AI to improve engineering productivity.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, APIs, security, and enterprise integration.
• Open Finance / Open Banking knowledge and data sharing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive North Star architecture for Open Finance initiatives.
• Develop phased roadmaps to modernize platforms and enable scalable ecosystems.
• Lead architectural decisions across product, engineering and technology.
• Evaluate challenges, identify risks, and build proofs of concept.
• Promote reusable patterns, IaC, automation, and engineering standards.
• Balance global consistency with local regulatory and privacy requirements.
