Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist to support international mobility, visas and sponsorships across the organisation. You will coordinate work permits and immigration processes, and guide employees through relocation and onboarding lifecycle in a large, global environment.

The role involves close collaboration with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant handling of immigration requirements and mobility activities across multiple cases.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within global mobility, immigration or international employee services.
• Experience coordinating work permits, visas, sponsorship and immigration processes.
• Experience supporting international hires, employee relocations or cross-border mobility.
• Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple cases, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience working with external immigration providers or relevant government authorities would be beneficial.
• Previous experience within professional services, legal, consulting or a large international organisation would be advantageous.
