This role will act as an escalation point for HR, Talent Acquisition, employees and business leaders on mobility matters. The Senior Mobility Specialist will help move the function from reactive delivery towards a more structured, advisory and insight-led service aligned to business needs.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will be based in our Global Headquarters in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

  • Manage complex end-to-end mobility cases, including transfers, secondments, relocations, immigration, repatriation and related legal, tax, payroll and financial considerations.
  • Manage the Mobility Coordinator, including work allocation, coaching, regular check-ins, prioritisation support, performance feedback and development planning.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex mobility queries from HR, Talent Acquisition, employees, managers and business leaders, providing clear advice on policy interpretation and practical options.
  • Oversee work permit and visa activity, ensuring applications, supporting documentation and compliance checks are progressed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external advisers and vendors, including immigration, tax, relocation and legal providers, supporting issue resolution and monitoring service delivery against agreed standards.
  • Own and maintain mobility process documentation, templates, trackers and case management standards to ensure consistency, auditability and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve mobility policies, processes, controls and data tracking so that the function remains compliant, competitive, cost-effective and aligned to business needs.
  • Prepare mobility updates, insights, reporting and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders to support decision-making and workforce planning.
