Job summary

Mercury in Dublin is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to lead global mobility programs, manage complex cases, and partner with HR partners across Europe.

Based at Mercury's Ballycoolin HQ with a hybrid working model, the role will drive policy improvements, oversee visa and work permit activity, and coordinate with external advisers to ensure compliant, cost-effective mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Global Mobility and international HR operations.
• Experience supervising, coaching or managing other team members.
• Strong understanding of international assignment processes including work permits and visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day mobility delivery across units and locations.
• Manage complex end-to-end mobility cases including transfers and relocations.
• Supervise the Mobility Coordinator with coaching and performance feedback.
• Act as escalation point for mobility queries from HR and business leaders.
• Oversee work permit and visa activity with compliance checks and timelines.
• Develop relationships with external advisers and vendors to monitor service delivery.
