Job summary

Airbus International Services is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to support Satair in Bordeaux, ensuring the IMS contract is fulfilled and integration with customer processes is seamless. Based off-site at a customer location, you will coordinate a cross-functional team and drive continuous improvements across the value chain.

The role requires extensive aviation aftermarket experience, fluency in English and French, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to deliver on KPIs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in aviation aftermarket or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP (SD Module- AP1 plus) and Spec2000
• English & French language skills at negotiation level

Responsibilities

• Join AIS and support Satair Customer in Bordeaux during the full duration of the mission
• Manage operations according to contract
• Lead the local team delivering the IMS service
• Manage day-to-day IMS service operations
• Ensure integration within the customers operations and information flow across Satair
• Provide high quality responses to customer or internal requests
• Generate and support ramp up plans for programmes or fleet integration
• Provide inputs to and monitor operational KPIs
• Manage related interfaces
• Stakeholder management with customers and internal organisation
