Job summary

CAE Parc Airline Technical Support Services, part of CAE, seeks an experienced M&E Systems Manager to lead a team of airworthiness engineers delivering software solutions across AMOS, TRAX and other platforms. You will oversee configuration, data migration and system optimization projects tailored to each client’s operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
• Experience managing technical teams and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expert knowledge of airline Maintenance & Engineering systems with proven delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Airworthiness engineers, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Manage resource planning, workload allocation and recruitment within the team.
• Liaise with Fleet Technical Management and airline clients on phase-in/phase-out projects.
• Oversee review of documentation for aircraft transfers, including maintenance records and configuration documents.
• Ensure data migration and validation in maintenance management systems complies with requirements.
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs to ensure airworthiness compliance.
• Lead complex projects delivering on time, budget and quality standards.
• Support commercial activities by shaping technical proposals and scopes of work.
• Develop and enhance M&E services, identifying opportunities to improve solutions.
• Build relationships with airline clients, OEMs, and stakeholders.
