Job summary

Santos Dumont Limited in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a full-time role based in Dublin. The position involves delivering project management solutions to airline and financial sector clients and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Chief Technical Officer and oversee all technical aspects of aircraft and engine deliveries, redeliveries, and related CAMO requirements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience in airlines, MRO, OEM, lessor, CAMO or aircraft management.
• Experience in aircraft transitions and delivery/redelivery projects.
• Experience leading inspections, maintenance status assessments and airworthiness evaluations.
• Knowledge of airworthiness directives, regulations and CAMO requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Delivering PM solutions to airlines, leasing companies and financial institutions.
• Developing PM processes and reporting to customers at set intervals.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of aircraft and engine deliveries and redeliveries.
• Reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Providing proactive advice on aircraft/engine technical and leasing matters.
• Coordinating discussions and running meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Providing technical support for aircraft acquisition and disposal transactions.
• Managing all technical aspects of contracted maintenance events.
• Managing technical consultant teams.
