Job summary

Susquehanna International Group seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives within SIG's global engineering environment, based in Ireland. You will collaborate with developers, quants and traders to bring structure, momentum and clear ownership to delivery.

You will manage technically complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and time zones, identify risks early, and ensure alignment on outcomes and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technical or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with developers, quants and traders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, business stakeholders, locations and time zones.
• Build and manage clear project plans covering scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies and risks.
• Partner with developers, quants, traders, infrastructure teams and other technology stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers and cross-team dependencies early, driving resolution and escalation.
• Facilitate technical and project discussions, ensuring decisions and ownership are clear.
• Provide concise updates to technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage competing priorities in fast-moving technology environments.
• Help improve project delivery practices, governance and collaboration across Technology.
