Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Implementation Manager (IC) to join our Global Implementation team. You will drive the adoption of Rippling’s global products and partner with customers across segments to deliver seamless implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting.
• Proficient in English and German or Dutch; written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Love interacting with customers and delivering a great customer experience.
• Creative in finding solutions and proactively addressing customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Be a go-to resource for customers within 60 days and for internal colleagues within 90 days.
• Own the successful launch of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations.
• Drive customer timelines and adoption by aligning use cases with Rippling best practices.
• Provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers.
• Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.
