Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Global Implementation team and drive the adoption of Rippling’s all-in-one Employee Management Platform. You will become a Rippling expert and lead client launches with autonomy and strategic insight.

The role emphasizes delivering a seamless implementation experience for customers in HR, Payroll, and IT, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding Rippling’s values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related HR/Payroll roles.
• Proficient in English and German or Dutch; written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Love interacting with customers and delivering a great customer experience.
• Creative in finding solutions: relentlessly search documentation and understand the why behind requests.
• Confidently navigate multiple external stakeholders across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance.
• Autonomous working style with strong prioritization and blocker removal.
• Bonus: experience with HR, Payroll or Accounting domain/software.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert – be the go-to resource for customers within 60 days and for internal colleagues within 90 days.
• Partner 1x1 with an evolving set of clients and lead the successful launch of Rippling’s Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation.
• Drive timelines & adoption by understanding client use cases and aligning them to Rippling’s best practices.
• Partner with and provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers.
• Contribute to developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
• Understand customer use cases by collaborating with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.
