Job summary

Rippling in Dublin invites an Implementation Manager to join its Global Implementation team. You will drive adoption across Germany-focused clients and help deploy Rippling’s all-in-one Employee Management Platform.

Fluent English and German are essential, with at least three years in HR/payroll software and proven project management. You will collaborate with Customer Experience, ENG, and R&D to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and German; written and verbal communication skills.
• German Payroll or accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HR, Payroll or Accounting software.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
• You love interacting with customers and always seek to deliver a great customer experience.
• Creative in finding solutions: You are relentless in searching documentation, asking questions, and you always seek to understand the why behind customer requests.
• Confidently navigate multiple external stakeholders that can range from executives to front line staff in IT, to Operations, to HR, to Finance.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert and be the go-to resource for customers within 60 days and internal colleagues within 90 days.
• Partner 1x1 with clients (Germany HQ’d focus) to launch their Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform.
• Drive timelines and adoption by aligning use cases with Rippling best practices.
• Provide domain expertise to customers and internal teammates.
• Contribute to developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
• Understand customer use cases and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and products.
