Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead large-scale HRIS / Workforce Management implementations across multiple countries. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

The role requires strong RAID, data migration, integration, and reporting expertise, with a focus on stakeholder management and client-facing skills. A background in retail, hospitality, or logistics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 8+ years’ project/programme management experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale HRIS / Workforce Management implementations
• Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro, Kronos, or similar WFM platforms
• Strong background in retail, hospitality, or logistics environments
• Excellent client‑facing skills
• People management skills
• Good self‑management
• Innovative approach
• Strong understanding of Workforce management systems (UKG, Kronos, Workday WFM, Oracle WFM)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong experience in RAID management, financial tracking, and resource planning

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the full project lifecycle
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets
• Take accountability for large-scale HRIS / WFM system implementations
• Lead multi-country or global delivery programmes
• Manage cross-functional teams, third-party system integrators, and vendors
• Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex transformations
• Ensure strong RAID management throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting workstreams
• Maintain realistic and robust project plans using standard tools
