Job summary
Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior Geo-Expansion Product and Program Leader to drive technology and process work enabling new country setups and regional scale.
You will partner with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Global Mobility and COEs to translate expansion requirements into deliverable tech solutions, including Workday configurations and HRIS integrations. This cross-functional role spans geo-expansion, Total Rewards, and HR Operations, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery, risk
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience driving geo-expansion programs across multiple countries.
- Strong collaboration with HR, IT, Legal, Finance and Global Mobility.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end geo-expansion product and program management.
- Partner with Workday and HR tech teams to enable new country entities.
- Translate expansion needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Build cross-functional project plans and RAID logs across HR/IT.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Global Mobility and regional teams.
- Support Total Rewards and HR Operations COEs as priorities shift.
