Job summary

The role suits an experienced HR pro with a strong background in HR Shared Services/HR Operations within a large multinational environment. Hybrid work arrangement and exposure to HRIS, payroll and attendance systems are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally in HR Shared Services/Operations.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and shared services processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Time & Attendance systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage key elements of the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Support Time & Attendance processes, including leave entitlements and reporting.
• Contribute to HRIS implementations and continuous improvement of HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure accurate setup across HRIS, payroll and attendance systems.
• Maintain accuracy of employee records and HR data.
• Act as a point of contact for HR queries (Tier 1/2).
• Work with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to streamline processes.
• Support transfers, probation, renewals and profile changes.
• Coordinate offboarding, documentation, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies.
