Harmonics Recruitment are recruiting a senior HR professional for a large international organisation based in Shannon. This is a broad, hands‑on role supporting 400+ employees with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, recruitment and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD level qualification in Human Resources.
• Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline.
• 5–10 years HR experience.
• Experience with employee representatives.
• Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with leadership to ensure HR policy compliance.
• Guide managers on performance management tools to drive performance.
• Support HR for 400+ employees across Shannon and Dublin regions.
• Support achievement of HR and company strategic goals.
• Provide reports on HR, payroll and learning and development including employment law.
• Foster positive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Analyze data to identify trends and measure HR initiatives.
• Adapt to new processes and provide HR guidance on policies.
• Assist workforce planning to coordinate recruitment supply and demand.
