Job summary

PartnerRe Ltd. is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Dublin and London offices. You will act as a trusted adviser to managers and employees, ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies and the consistent application of policies.

Reporting to the Senior HRBP, the role shapes the employee experience, enhances operational excellence, and reinforces an inclusive, high-performance culture within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary HR contact for employees and managers, advising on policies, benefits, and experience.
• Advise managers on performance, coaching, and organisational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and UK employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee benefits administration and leave management in coordination with payroll.
