Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Head of Integration Experience to lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle across our product ecosystem, including tools, services and developer hubs.

You will drive scalable, developer- and agent-friendly experiences that accelerate merchant adoption and reduce integration friction. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to prioritize features, ensure strong API documentation and governance, and align roadmaps with

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Operations.
• Global, cross-regional experience across Americas, EMEA and APAC.
• Proven ability to design and scale processes with roadmap, delivery planning and data tools (e.g. Jira, Aha!, Confluence, Looker, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve the end-to-end integration lifecycle across the product ecosystem.
• Govern and enhance developer portals, hubs and documentation for discoverability and adoption.
• Establish measurable outcomes for developer and agent experiences using analytics and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to prioritize features and improve integration journeys.
• Ensure deep integrations with key platforms and maintain AI governance, security and compliance considerations.
