Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the Commercial Acceptance platform and drive a technology transformation across global teams. Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed technology roadmap and execution plan in partnership with product and technology leadership.
• Provide thought leadership to drive new product development and work across domains to drive Commercial flows.
• Provide senior leadership to large, diverse engineering teams delivering change and development to the core platforms supporting the Commercial business
• Lead globally distributed teams supporting Mastercard's Commercial Solutions engineering capability; set direction, tone, and strategy within the Product & Engineering framework
• Drive a strong operational stability culture across the team, remaining laser focused on proactive measures to improve the current platforms, driving improvements in metrics such as incident reduction, reduced MTTM, timely resolution of defects, and reduction in toil.
• Working with P&C and recruitment to strengthen processes to nurture and grow technology talent across multiple global locations.
• Manage alignment across product, engineering and regional teams on strategy, priorities, and growth objectives.
• Develop strong internal executive-level partnerships to ensure cross-functional alignment and execute on shared initiatives.
• Lead by example to embed the Mastercard Way principles across the group.
