Job summary

Paymentology is seeking a People Experience Lead to shape how work happens across the business. You will design, implement and continuously improve frameworks, experiences and insights that support performance, progression, engagement and retention.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate feedback into actionable change, leveraging AI-enabled solutions to create scalable people experiences at global scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in People/HR roles.
• Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience in a global or distributed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and evolve systems that shape how our people perform and grow.
• Embed behaviours that support our culture and business goals.
• Own employee listening approach, including pulse surveys and insights.
• Turn feedback and data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead design and evolution of performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness in performance reviews, calibration and promotions.
• Identify retention risks and address them with leaders.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve processes and insights.
