Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Partner Sales Director - Global System Integrator (GSI) for Ireland. You will shape partner strategy across sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions and drive growth through open source and cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and executive teams to enable sales and secure long-term partnerships while traveling internationally up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in alliance management, indirect sales, partner sales, or related roles.
• Proven experience with Global System Integrators and their sales models.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, cloud ecosystems, and open source business models.
• Experience with OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and complex relationships.
• Autonomous, hands-on, results‑oriented, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Global System Integrators at multiple levels.
• Develop and execute partner strategies covering sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions.
• Drive market share, attach rates, and revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.
• Lead executive-level interactions and align partner leadership with internal executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, product management, and other teams to meet targets.
