Morgan McKinley is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join its expanding finance team in Ireland. Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role supports day-to-day oversight, month-end close, financial reporting and internal controls across a global organisation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years post-qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), solid accounting and reporting expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong technical accounting and month-end experience.
• Commercially minded and proactive.
• Ambitious with long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial Controller on day-to-day oversight of the Ireland finance function.
• Lead and oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls and financial governance.
• Provide financial insight and support to senior stakeholders globally.
• Work with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely queries resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the wider finance team.
