Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience managing corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, or non-financial audit.
• Experience implementing or reporting under ESG/sustainability reporting standards (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, or GHG Protocol).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing international or regional cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation and reporting alignment for CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB/IFRS S1/S2.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain and People Ops to set SOPs and controls.
• Direct relationships with ESG consultants and auditors.
• Establish audit trails and data governance for external verification.
