You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, and Supply Chain to drive data governance and external assurance readiness. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, deep attention to detail, and continuous improvement as you scale reporting processes to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience managing corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, or non-financial audit.
Experience implementing or reporting under ESG/sustainability reporting standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, or GHG Protocol).
Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing international or regional cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead interpretation, implementation, and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks.
Partner with internal stakeholders to establish SOPs and internal controls over non-financial data.
Direct relationships with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.
Establish audit trails, documentation standards, and data governance frameworks.
