Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, financial analysis, or non-financial audit.
  • Experience organizing cross-functional workflows, managing datasets, and preparing audit-ready documentation.
  • Experience applying ESG reporting frameworks or standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, GHG Protocol) in a professional or corporate setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support interpretation, implementation and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to document SOPs and support internal controls over non-financial data.
  • Assist in day-to-day coordination with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.
  • Maintain structured audit trails, workpapers, and documentation standards for external verification.
