Job summary

Google Inc. in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Share International Non Financial Reporting Manager to lead ESG reporting, sustainability compliance and non-financial audits across regions.

You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and People Operations to implement SOPs, establish data governance, and manage external assurance cycles while driving continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; 10+ years in corporate ESG/non-financial reporting or audit.
• Experience applying ESG reporting standards (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, GHG Protocol).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating regional/international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation and reporting alignment for CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB/IFRS S1/S2, and local equivalents.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and People Operations to establish SOPs and internal controls over non-financial data.
• Direct relationships with ESG consultants and external auditors.
• Establish audit trails and data governance to streamline external verification.
