Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland is seeking a Sustainability Reporting and Policy Analyst to join the Policy and Reporting team. You will assess sustainability policies, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and maintain the organisation’s sustainability reporting mechanisms.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders, analyse ESG data, and prepare reports and disclosures to support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification or accreditation desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sustainability data and content creation for external communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data reporting requirements under sustainability frameworks.
• Maintain familiarity with reporting frameworks (SBTI, CSRD, TCFD, Social Value, Carbon Accounting).
• Monitor regulatory requirements and industry expectations; identify gaps and recommend changes.
• Benchmark ESG performance against peers and industry trends.
• Prepare regular ESG reports and climate risk disclosures for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy around sustainability targets and progress reports.
