Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a full-time ESG reporting professional to own corporate ESG reporting, analyze sustainability data, and support audit-ready documentation. You will work across Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, and Supply Chain to align on global frameworks and internal controls.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data management, and continuous process improvements within a tech-driven environment. A strong background in ESG plus financial analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4 years of relevant ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, financial analysis, or non-financial audit.
• Experience organizing cross-functional workflows, managing datasets, and preparing audit-ready documentation.
• Experience within the tech sector, hyperscale data center operations, or multinational supply chain environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support interpretation and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, local equivalents).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Finance, Legal, Data Centers, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and People Operations to document SOPs and support internal controls over non-financial data.
• Assist in day-to-day coordination with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.
• Maintain structured audit trails, workpapers, and documentation standards to support statutory external verification and compliance reviews.
