Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience managing corporate ESG reporting, sustainability compliance, or non-financial audit.
• Experience implementing or reporting under ESG/sustainability reporting standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, or GHG Protocol).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing international or regional cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation, implementation, and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish SOPs and internal controls over non-financial data.
• Direct relationships with third-party ESG consultants and auditors.
• Establish audit trails, documentation standards, and data governance frameworks.

• Lead the interpretation, implementation, and reporting alignment for mandatory global ESG frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB/IFRS S1 and S2, and local equivalents).
