Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Director, Core Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, and operations of foundational infrastructure services worldwide. You will drive standardization, modernization, and a product-oriented approach across networks, on‑prem, and endpoint management.

You will partner with executive leaders to ensure infrastructure capabilities support business priorities, employee productivity, and digital transformation, while balancing cost and risk.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a broad, globally distributed org.
• 12+ years in infrastructure engineering, networking, or enterprise IT platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear Core Infrastructure strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for network, infrastructure, and endpoint services.
• Own budget, forecasting, and resource allocation across Core Infrastructure.
• Drive modernization, automation, and cost optimization while maintaining resilience.
