Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead PlayStation’s Enterprise Integration Engineering capability. You’ll define technical direction and delivery strategy for MuleSoft & SnapLogic platforms while growing a high-performing team of integration engineers.

You will drive architecture, security, reliability and operational excellence, partnering with global teams to ensure scalable, reusable integrations that improve processes and data quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across multiple platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns and platform capabilities.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments and messaging (SQS/SNS).
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Terraform.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Workday, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for enterprise integration platforms and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Lead design of enterprise integration solutions across MuleSoft and SnapLogic.
• Review designs and provide direction to improve quality, resilience and maintainability.
• Drive adoption of API-led, event-driven, pub-sub, asynchronous and batch integration patterns.
• Define and promote integration standards, patterns and reusable components.
• Be the escalation point for operational and technical issues.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives and ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Allocate resources, balance debt and risk, and set engineering metrics.
• Line manage and develop engineers, coach senior staff, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and organizational planning for a scalable team.
• Build strong relationships across global engineering teams and delivery partners.
