Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead PlayStation’s Enterprise Integration Engineering capability in Dublin. You will steer technical direction, engineering practices, and delivery strategy for MuleSoft and SnapLogic platforms, while building and mentoring a high‑performing team to improve business processes and data quality across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across platforms
5+ years of hands‑on integration design and development on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic
Strong technical understanding of enterprise integration architecture and patterns
Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing engineering teams
Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments and messaging services (SQS/SNS)
Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Terraform
Experience integrating enterprise SaaS and cloud-hosted applications

Responsibilities

Define the technical roadmap for enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft & SnapLogic) to meet current and future needs
Lead and guide design of integration solutions ensuring scalability, security, and reusability
Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives with timely, high‑quality outcomes
Set engineering operating model, processes, and metrics to improve predictability and reliability
Line manage and develop engineers, fostering an inclusive and high‑performing culture
Build strong relationships with global engineering teams and delivery partners
