Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead PlayStation's enterprise integration capability. You will define technical direction for MuleSoft and SnapLogic, mentor engineers, and drive scalable, secure integrations across the enterprise.

You will partner with global teams to ensure delivery on time, high quality, and align with business needs, while advancing engineering standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise integrations across platforms.
• 5+ years hands‑on integration design on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments and messaging (SQS/SNS).

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for enterprise integration platforms.
• Lead design of integration solutions across MuleSoft and SnapLogic.
• Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives.
• Line manage integration engineers and develop senior engineers.
• Ensure security, observability, and operational excellence of integrations.
