Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of Procurement based in Ireland to build and lead a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations across 200+ destinations, driving profitability and resilience.

You will design governance, policies, and scalable processes, working with senior stakeholders to align procurement with product and growth objectives. This is a strategic leadership role in a fast-moving global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience building procurement functions.
• Experience in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Strong financial analysis for commercial agreements and savings.
• Proven ability to design scalable procurement processes and governance.
• Strategic thinker balancing cost, quality, risk, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global procurement strategy aligned with expansion.
• Negotiate with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms and SLAs.
• Establish policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks for scale.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for cost savings.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Create scalable vendor management workflows and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations to align priorities.
