Job summary

CAI is seeking a Global Director, Accounts Payable and Procurement to lead the worldwide procure-to-pay process, AP operations, and procurement governance. You will own policy, controls, vendor master governance, PO and invoice workflows, payment execution, and integration with acquired entities.

You will partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and local finance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely payments, driving centralization, automation, and reliable reporting across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, AP, procure-to-pay, shared services, accounting operations, or finance process leadership in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, and workflow automation is preferred.
• Experience driving global process improvements in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish global procurement and AP policies, procedures, controls, and process metrics across countries.
• Own the global procure-to-pay process including requisitions, PO governance, supplier onboarding, invoice receipt, and payments.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT, and local finance to ensure compliance and accurate payments.
• Lead procurement and AP centralization and automation, reducing manual effort and improving workflows.
• Manage shared services performance, including queues, productivity, and escalation management.
• Support acquisition integration by mapping legacy processes and onboarding acquired entities.
