Job summary

CAI is seeking a Global Director of Accounts Payable and Procurement to lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process across a multi-country operation. You will set policy, controls, and governance for vendors, invoices, and payments while coordinating with shared services and FP&A to provide reliable AP data.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement and AP leadership, strong ERP experience, and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Tax, Treasury, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of procurement, AP, procure-to-pay, shared services, or finance process leadership experience in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, vendor master governance, and workflow automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish global procurement and AP policies, procedures, controls, and performance metrics across all countries.
• Own the global procure-to-pay process including procurement intake, requisitions, PO governance, invoice receipt, and payment runs.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT, and local finance teams for vendor compliance and contract alignment.
• Lead process centralization and automation to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.
• Oversee shared services performance and ensure timely, accurate payments and card/expense controls.
