Job summary

Funactive Limited in Kilkenny is hiring a Marketing Specialist focusing on Digital Marketing for a full-time role. The position aims to advance existing strategies while the company grows into a market leader in its field.

You will work with a small team, handling SEO, campaigns across social, PPC, email, and display, and managing websites and content creation. The role requires a marketing degree and digital marketing experience.

Qualifications

• A marketing degree and digital marketing qualification are required.
• Experience in digital marketing is desirable, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and highly creative.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet targets.
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, WordPress, CMS, Google Analytics and ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across social media, PPC, email and display.
• Manage all company websites and update content as the business evolves.
• Collaborate with the Group Planning team to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Create digital content for marketing and brand building.
• Oversee digital communications across social channels and internal platforms.
• Lead imagery creation for social media, ads, and website visuals.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and internal teams.
• Analyze monthly digital performance including website traffic and social metrics.
• Support the development of the Annual Marketing Plan.
