Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. seeks a Demand Generation Manager to own the global MQL number and scale a digital-first demand engine. You will manage paid channels, ABM programs, and vendor relationships while coordinating with product and field marketing to ensure messaging aligns with go-to-market plays.

You will lead a small team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist, a Webinar Manager, and a Virtual Event Strategist, and report to the Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in PPC/SEM and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with ABM/ABX tools for targeting and measurement.
• Proven track record of owning a large digital advertising budget with ROI discipline.
• Experience leading a marketing team across digital, webinars, and events.
• Strong knowledge of MQL, funnel metrics and performance reporting.
• Experience managing third-party media and content syndication vendors.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Demand Generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and syndication.
• Drive ABM motion using intent data to prioritize target accounts and personalize campaigns.
• Manage the $1M digital ads budget and track pacing and ROI.
• Lead and develop Digital Marketing Specialist, Webinar Manager, and Virtual Event Strategist.
• Report MQL performance regularly to leadership and optimize channels accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, field, and channel marketing to align messaging with priorities.
• Ensure accurate MQL tracking, attribution, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee webinar and virtual event programs as demand-generation channels.
