Job summary

Pipedrive is seeking a Data Protection Officer/Head of Privacy to lead our globally distributed privacy program. You will partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, Marketing and Sales to embed privacy and responsible AI across our products and internal tooling.

This role reports to the Legal, Risk & Compliance team. Ideal candidates will have international data protection exposure, hands-on DPO experience, and deep GDPR/CCPA knowledge, along with expertise in Privacy by Design and

Qualifications

• Significant international experience in data protection and privacy within SaaS/tech.
• Practical experience as a data protection officer or in a similar privacy role.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience managing privacy programs for a data processor including sub-processor management.
• Strong understanding of how AI and data use intersect with privacy.
• Familiarity with Privacy by Design in software development.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and improve Pipedrive’s privacy program end to end.
• Lead the Privacy Team and coordinate compliance policies and metrics.
• Monitor privacy compliance across locations and sales channels.
• Advise on privacy implications of AI development and data use.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal on privacy by design.
