Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Data Protection Operations Manager to support its global privacy program. You will oversee operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and audit-ready across the company.

This is a core delivery role (not legal advisory) reporting to the Director of Data Protection, collaborating with Legal, Security, and business teams to drive compliance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in data protection or privacy operations.
• Experience in SaaS or cloud environments preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, tracking, fulfilment, and documentation of Data Subject Requests and Privacy Rights Requests across systems and teams.
• Coordinate compliance activities with Legal, Security, GRC, Product, Sales, HR, Marketing and Procurement.
• Own DPIA intake, triage, tracking, and timely completion with clear records.
